Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Painting Supervisors for a major turnaround project in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in surface preparation and coating activities, with the ability to supervise teams and ensure compliance with project standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise surface preparation, painting, and coating activities on-site.
• Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Allocate and manage painting crew, tools, and materials effectively.
• Inspect substrate conditions, monitor weather parameters, and verify correct application techniques.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, safety teams, and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily progress reports and ensure completion of tasks within turnaround schedules.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI in relevant trade.
• Experience: 5 – 8 years in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector.
• Project Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with turnaround/shutdown project experience.
• Good knowledge of painting standards, materials, and inspection criteria.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹143,222.17 - ₹157,544.38 per month
