Supervisor (Painting and Blasting)

We are looking for Painting and Blasting Supervisor (Piping Spool division) forour heavy engineering based manufacturing plant. Should be oversee surface preparation, blasting, and coating operations, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed. Here below job details as;

Job Descriptions:

Department - Painting and blasting Supervisor (Spool)

Designation - Supervisor

Education – Diploma Mech. /ITI or similar

Total Experience - Min 2-5 years

Industry /Mfg. type - Heavy Industrial Fabrication Equipment - Piping Spools, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and other Process Equipment

Location : Vadodara (Por - Karjan Highway)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise painting and blasting operations, ensuring proper surface preparation and coating application.
• Manage abrasive blasting and coating procedures for piping spool-equipment.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards; conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory of paints and blasting materials.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical.

2-5 years of experience in painting, blasting, or coating operations in manufacturing.

Knowledge of surface preparation, coating techniques, and blasting Spool-equipment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
