EPCC- SWIO Apply Now Supervisor: Mechanical Position Name : Supervisor: Mechanical No. of vaccancies : 3 Division/ Department : EPCC- SWIO Job Location : Project Site Experience : 5- 7 Years Qualification : Diploma- Mechanical Industry Prefernce : Oil & Gas marine/ offshore/ onshore/ Subsea/ Crosscountry Job Responsibility : Supervised site activities to ensure execution as per designs, drawings, and quality standards, resolving site-related issues to maintain progress. Maintained and updated key project documents including latest drawings, procedures, schedules, QAPs/ITPs, and inspection reports. Planned and distributed resources efficiently to meet daily production and project milestones. Recorded and tracked utilized vs. unutilized P&M hours daily for productivity assessment. Led and motivated the workforce??operators, riggers, labourers??to achieve optimal performance and safety compliance. Coordinated with clients, consultants, TPIs, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations. Prepared and submitted all site documentation including progress reports, billing, BOQ, BBS, and activity plans for approval. Implemented strict control on material wastage and worksite manipulations. Ensured compliance with ISO and HSE standards and procedures in all work areas.
