NC Programming

• Develop and maintain NC programs for various machining operations including milling, turning, and grinding
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize tool paths and machining processes
• Create and implement tooling and fixturing strategies to improve machining efficiency and quality
• Conduct tooling and fixture trials to ensure ideal performance and operation
• Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any programming-related issues
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Stay current with industry trends and developments in NC programming software and technology

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in NC programming software such as Mastercam, CATIA, or Siemens NX
• In-depth knowledge of machining processes and capabilities
• Strong understanding of tooling and fixture design and application
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in NC programming within a manufacturing environment
