Supervisor, L&D Delivery

You have an exciting opportunity to join McDonald's as a Supervisor, L&D Delivery (Experience / Instructional Designer) based in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the design, development, and execution of learning experiences across the organization. Your main responsibility will be to create impactful learning programs tailored to McDonald's workforce, aligned with organizational goals. Working as part of a dynamic team of learning design professionals, you will support various programs catering to both corporate and restaurant audiences globally, including Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, and more. As the Supervisor, L&D Delivery, you will collaborate with stakeholders and L&D teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale. You will design and develop engaging and effective learning materials that promote behavior change, improve workforce performance, and enhance employee engagement. Your designs will be learner-centric, interactive, and aligned with McDonald's and Global L&D's standards for impactful learning. Additionally, you will incorporate real-world-based stories to make learning practical and relevant to the diverse audience at McDonald's. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience working in large, multi-national corporations and across different countries and cultures will be beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of learning & development design trends, regulations, and best practices is essential. You should have expertise in instructional design, organization effectiveness, and HR processes, along with technical knowledge in learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, SCORM, Storyline, and Rise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role, as you will be interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
