Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join McDonalds as a Supervisor, Knowledge Management (Specialist) based in the India Global Business Services Office. In this role, you will collaborate with the Knowledge Management Lead to ensure that knowledge-related content is in line with organizational priorities, maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge resources, and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within McDonalds. **Responsibilities:** - Work with the Knowledge Management Lead to develop a global Knowledge Management strategy and policies considering the needs of corporate and frontline employees worldwide - Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of learning content by ensuring timely updates to relevant documents following policy and procedural changes - Support the capture, organization, and maintenance of knowledge assets such as policies, procedures, and best practices **Resource Management:** - Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date knowledge resources to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within McDonalds - Ensure relevance and currency of knowledge content, removing or revising outdated or inaccurate information as necessary - Act as a subject matter expert in the knowledge management domain, identifying the need for material updates and ensuring accessibility for both frontline and corporate employees **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Experience in Human Resources or Employee Experience - Experience in large multinational corporations with complex structures - Experience working across diverse countries and cultures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Knowledge of learning management systems trends, regulations, and best practices **Preferred Qualifications:** - Expertise in Employee Experience and Knowledge Management - Technical knowledge in employee experience and knowledge management areas - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations - Strong business acumen and openness to learning new systems and processes - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-starter mindset - Strong influencing skills to build a compelling business case for people as a growth driver - Embrace continuous improvement and growth mindset,
