Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily trading activities at JBMC Stones and Jay Bhavani Minechem Enterprise, ensuring efficiency, adherence to high-quality standards, and optimal utilization of our state-of-the-art cutting technology for natural stones.

Supervise customer, coordinate tasks, and provide guidance to maintain a safe and friendly working environment, aligning with our company mission.

Handle daily customer interactions, providing expert guidance on our wide range of natural stone products (Granites, Marble, Kota stone, Sand Stone, and Stone Cobble).

Manage the day-to-day trading operations of stones, coordinating with sales and logistics to facilitate timely dispatches and deliveries.

Address and resolve customer queries or concerns related to stone quality, availability, and delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.

In-depth knowledge of various natural stone types, their characteristics, and suitable applications.

Demonstrated ability to effectively handle customer interactions and manage trading operations in a fast-paced environment.
