Description

The Supervisor - Instrument & Control will oversee the Instrumentation and Control team, ensuring effective maintenance and operation of all related systems within the organization. The role involves supervising personnel, implementing maintenance strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Instrument & Control team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for instrumentation and control systems.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with engineering teams for design and installation of new control systems.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to instrumentation and control.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development.
Experience with instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
Strong understanding of control theory and systems.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA and IEC.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
