Supervisor – Infinity Box Location – Bengaluru/ Hyderabad / Mumbai
Roles And Responsibilities: • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. • Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to workflows and maintain service continuity. • Oversee inventory accuracy and support inventory control processes to ensure stock integrity and availability. • Prepare and submit comprehensive shift reports, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and any operational issues encountered. • Collaborate with fellow shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and continuity across shifts. • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates, fostering a highperformance culture aligned with daily operational objectives. • Daily operations including manpower and logistics coordination. • Manage end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards while optimizing efficiency.
