Supervisor-Housekeeping

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and pool after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms. Your role will involve assisting Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and acting as a liaison to coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. You will also document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk, prepare and communicate changes in room assignments, and ensure issues are communicated to the next shift. Completing required paperwork will also be part of your responsibilities.
