Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Khanna. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring quality control, and implementing work schedules. Additional duties include handling staff training, monitoring performance, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring all operations comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in Team Management and Training
Skills in Quality Control and Performance Monitoring
Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using Management Software and Tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
