Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and organized Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and manage the daily routine operations within the school premises. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment conducive to learning and development. Key Responsibilities : Housekeeping Management : Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are upheld. Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists. Daily Operations : Oversee the daily routine work, including maintenance and logistics. Ensure that all school facilities are in optimal condition and report any issues to the relevant departments. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment. Qualifications : Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an educational or hospitality setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
