Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping staff and manage the daily routine operations within the school premises. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment conducive to learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Management:
• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are upheld.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists.
• Daily Operations:
• Oversee the daily routine work, including maintenance and logistics.
• Ensure that all school facilities are in optimal condition and report any issues to the relevant departments.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an educational or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
