Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Management: Engage with walk-in customers, provide expert product recommendations, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Sales Growth: Attract new customers through marketing strategies and referrals.
• Follow-ups: Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with potential buyers and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
• Coordination: Work closely with the manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure timely production and delivery of confirmed orders.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Service Excellence: Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and providing after-sales support.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes for smooth business operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the doors and windows industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Leadership qualities to guide the sales and operational teams.
