Job Description

Supervisor

Location : - Pune Kharadi

Shift Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM OR 4PM to 1 AM (Cab Facilities)

(Candidates must be flexible to align with this schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Handle resale processing and distributor refunding
Run and maintain Excel-based financial reports
Interact with dealers/distributors for financial coordination
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees
Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region
Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs
Supervise a team of 10 - 15 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Preferred Skills & Experience

Team Handling
Exp Mandatory
810 years of total professional experience
35 years in customer service, finance or supply chain operations
Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment
Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred
Six Sigma Projects , process improvements exposure
Experience in transactional finance roles such as Order-to-Cash
Exposure to SAP is highly desirable
Background in customer service within the finance domain is a plus
Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization
Strong Excel skills and comfort with data-driven tasks
Prefer candidates from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or FMCG sectors
