Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team management:
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate the work of maintenance technicians; provide training and guidance.
Maintenance oversight:
Oversee both routine and emergency repair work on facilities and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical systems.
Preventive maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
Compliance and safety:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to a hospital setting.
Budget and inventory:
Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and oversee the inventory of parts and supplies.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other hospital departments to address facility-related needs and coordinate with third-party contractors.
Record-keeping:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs.

Preferred candidate profile :

Male Candidate Preferred

Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly desired.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hospital maintenance.
