Job Description

DME - Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery, including breakdown maintenance, repair, and replacement of rotating equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment to prevent equipment failure. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues related to machine maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work performed on plant equipment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field (diploma holders preferred). Strong knowledge of breakdown maintenance, machine maintenance, mechanical maintenance, plant machinery, utility maintenance, and rotating equipment.
