Supervisor-Accounting

You will be responsible for coordinating tasks and collaborating with other departments at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute. As a departmental role model, you will mentor team members, assign tasks, and ensure their timely completion meeting quality standards. In case of work-related accidents or injuries, you are expected to report them immediately to your manager or supervisor. Adherence to company policies, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguarding company assets will be part of your daily responsibilities. Effective communication skills are essential speaking clearly and professionally, preparing accurate written documents, and answering telephone calls with proper etiquette. Building positive working relationships with colleagues, providing support to achieve common goals, and addressing employee concerns will be key aspects of your role. You should be able to handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Additionally, you may be required to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by your supervisors. **Preferred Qualifications:** - **Education:** High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - **Related Work Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a similar role. - **Supervisory Experience:** No prior supervisory experience required. - **License or Certification:** None needed.
