Spectral Consultants is seeking an experienced Associate- Wide Risk Management (EWRM) Framework policy professional for a Global Investment Bank in Bangalore. The role focuses on controls testing, risk mitigation, and surveillance, ensuring compliance with risk & control frameworks and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform key controls testing and targeted control reviews within agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance with trading controls and risk mitigation processes.
• Conduct Second line of defense (2LoD) tests and reviews per procedures.
• Manage Risk Issues & Events as per EWMRF guidance.
• Support SOX attestations, compliance reporting, and quality assurance (QA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive action plans for risk mitigation.
• Deliver trainings on risk & control frameworks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Banking/Wealth Management experience with an understanding of financial products.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and control frameworks.
• Attention to detail with excellent accuracy and report-writing skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in continuous improvement environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
