Superintendent - Mechanical maintenance

As a Maintenance Manager, your role involves managing and effectively utilizing manpower for planned maintenance. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring costs compared to the budget. - Ensuring the effectiveness and upkeep of mechanical equipment such as Gearbox, Hydraulic system, Transmission, etc. - Calibration of critical instruments as per OEM recommendations. - Handling and troubleshooting problems related to mechanical equipment. - Supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation. - Developing and implementing maintenance and calibration procedures. - Providing necessary training, coaching, and mentoring for safety aspects. - Organizing and managing One Time Capital Expenditure projects within the set timeline and budget. - Managing slow-moving and critical inventory of equipment. - Executing preventative maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment. - Maintaining maintenance logs and daily reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Mechanical (Essential) or B Tech (Desirable). - 10-15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
