Job title-Superannuation-Delivery lead-AGM/AVP-Pune/MumbaiCandidate ExpectationMinimum 14+ years of experience into operations in various superannuation processes/functionsDeep Understanding of Superannuation end to end life cycle/lines of business from On-boarding till Payments Out/ClaimsMaintains and applies intermediate knowledge of all business and superannuation industry practices, and adheres to established Service Level ObjectivesStrong knowledge of the superannuation industry and processes, products, services and related regulationsAt least 8 - 10 years of team management experienceShould have handled team of 200+ FTEsShould have managed a client-facing roleOwnership of Superannuation processes across all operational locationsResponsible for creating and submitting solutions for any customer ask including any new business opportunityFocused SLA management as per contractual requirement and governance across different Insurance and Wealth Management processesperformance in line with Unit target across Financial, Customer, Delivery, team and Project ManagementResponsible for P&L for the LOB across all operational locationsHandhold and manage team across diverse situations and GeographiesEnsure optimum utilization of resources within the team.Should be Flexible with shifts.
