Superannuation-Delivery lead-AGM/AVP-Pune/Mumbai - GO/JC/518/2025

As a Superannuation Delivery Lead at AGM/AVP level based in Pune or Mumbai, you are expected to have a minimum of 14+ years of experience in operations related to various superannuation processes and functions. You should possess and apply intermediate knowledge of all business and superannuation industry practices while adhering to established Service Level Objectives. A strong understanding of the superannuation industry, processes, products, services, and related regulations is essential for this role. With at least 8-10 years of team management experience, you should have successfully led a team of 200+ FTEs and managed client-facing responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include owning superannuation processes across all operational locations, creating and presenting solutions for customer inquiries and new business opportunities, and ensuring focused SLA management in alignment with contractual requirements and governance standards. You will be accountable for the performance of the Superannuation processes, ensuring they meet Unit targets across financial, customer, delivery, team, and project management aspects. Additionally, you will be responsible for the P&L of the line of business across all operational locations, guiding and managing teams in diverse situations and geographies, and optimizing resource utilization within the team. Being flexible with shifts is a requirement for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. COM) is the required educational qualification for this position.
