Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Super Senior Salesforce DevOps/Release Manager based in Indore. The role involves managing Salesforce release processes from initial planning to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include setting up CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, monitoring and troubleshooting release issues, collaborating with development and operations teams, and maintaining documentation of release procedures.

Qualifications

• Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipeline setup, and automation skills
• Experience with version control systems like Git, and release management tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation such as Python, Shell, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Indore
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce or DevOps are beneficial
