Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Supervisor Engineer (SE), Associate Supervisor Engineer (ASE), or Deputy Superintendent Engineer at Christian Medical College. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
