To provide support to forming section of production department and to ensure effective production of LSAW pipes

SUP-Form-OPS-SAWL Smooth functioning of Forming section activity in respective shift Keeping all forming section machine condition healthy consult with maintenance department Eliminate defect generate from Forming section to achieve quality objective / KPI Ensure availability of Tools, Tackles and Consumables for smooth function of production Lead to drive SWA, 7S, TPM, FMECA, Root Cause Analysis in department

Principal Accountabilities

Productivity - Achieve shiftwise production target as per production planJob Planning - 1. Create material requisition and check availability of SV/DV based on shop floor requirement 2. Ensure availability of TAB material prior to production.Quality Control and QA related - 1. Monitoring of weld parameter ie current, voltage, speed, Heat Input during Continous GMAW operation. 2. Inspection of pipe for dent, spatter mark , roller mark 3. Inspection of micro sample to check tack weld qualityBudget Control - 1. Monitoring and maintain department Inventory 2. Monitoring of SV and DV item consumption for forming departmentIndustrial Safety - Ensure safe working condition and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floorPeople development - Aware department & contract manpower about safe work practice through daily tool box talkNew initiative - Lead to drive SWA, 7S, TPM, FMECA, Root Cause Analysis in department
