Handle customer inquiries related to banking services such as account balances, interest rates, and transaction details.
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Review and respond to suspicious account activities to help customers protect their accounts.
Assist with card reissuance, transaction reversals, and account security measures.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in customer interactions.
Eligibility: HSC + up to 35 months experience OR Graduate + below 24 months experience
Eligibility: HSC + 36+ months experience OR Graduate + 2 years experience
Eligibility: Graduate + 4 years experience
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: As per above banding
Excellent communication skills verbal & written
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
Prior voice process or banking domain experience preferred
Offer letter, relieving letter, last 3 months payslips & bank statements
All semester marksheets
EPFO service history (mandatory)
One-side transportation provided (Night Shift)
5 days working, 2 rotational offs
