Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop custom integrations between SuccessFactors, ECC, and target systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Work with standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors).
Implement Groovy scripts, SSL, and PGP encryption.
Execute end-to-end CPI integration projects, including custom iFlows.
Collaborate with the in-house team and train business users on CPI extracts.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong hands-on CPI development experience; exposure to SAP PI/PO, Web Methods, or EDI preferred.
Completed at least one full life-cycle SAP CPISuccessFactors implementation.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office tools.
Bachelors degree preferred; SAP HCI/CPI certification is a plus.
