About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and driven subject matter experts in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for an intensive Faculty Training Program aimed at building world-class educators. This program is designed to transform experienced teachers into elite faculty members equipped with advanced pedagogy, digital delivery skills, and deep subject mastery.

Key Responsibilities:

Undergo a comprehensive training curriculum tailored for academic excellence.

Deliver concept-based learning and innovative teaching methodologies post-training.

Work with academic and content development teams to continuously upgrade teaching modules.

Engage with students through live and recorded sessions across online/offline platforms.

Mentor and guide students in academic planning and doubt-solving.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Ed preferred).

Prior teaching experience in competitive exam coaching or K-12 segment

Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching.

Willingness to relocate and work across locations in India.
