Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Conduct engaging and interactive classes.
• Prepare lesson plans and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and engagement among students.
• Organise laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance theoretical understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the educational experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in any of the above subjects.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred (freshers with strong subject command may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of physics concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas in an accessible manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that supports diversity and inclusion.

Job Type: Part-time
