Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert (DSA) located in Tirupati. The Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for developing curriculum and content related to Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), conducting training sessions, guiding students through problem-solving techniques, designing assessments to evaluate student performance, and keeping up with industry standards and advancements in the field. Collaboration with other experts and continuous improvement of the curriculum will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and related concepts
• Proven experience in curriculum development and content creation for tech subjects
• Excellent teaching, training, and communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts
• Experience in preparing students for technical interviews and exams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in tech education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience working in or with leading tech companies is a plus
