Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Description

We are looking for Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 2–3 years of experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and claim handling, along with the ability to provide insights, guidance, and support to our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for life, health, motor, and general insurance products.
• Support sales, operations, and customer service teams with insurance-related queries.
• Provide training and knowledge sessions on various insurance products and policies.
• Review and analyze insurance products, industry updates, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with insurers for product updates, process improvements, and escalations.
• Assist in preparing product comparisons, presentations, and client proposals.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream). Certification in insurance (e.g., Licentiate/Associate from III) will be an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in the insurance sector (life, health, or general insurance).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and claims.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
