Job Description

In this role as a Subject Matter Expert-O2C, you will be responsible for overseeing the Order to Cash process to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. Your key responsibilities will include providing expertise in Accounts Receivable, collaborating with Order Management teams to improve efficiency, implementing best practices in Finance & Accounting, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures. Additionally, you will train and support team members, monitor key performance indicators, ensure compliance with company policies, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Qualifications required for this role include a strong technical background in Finance - Order to Cash, experience in Accounts Receivable and Order Management, knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in using Order to Cash systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a day shift schedule. Certifications in Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) and Certified Order to Cash Professional (COCP) are also required. Please note that this role does not involve any travel requirements and focuses on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while continuously improving efficiency through process enhancements and technology implementations.,
