As we expand, we’re looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are passionate about engineering and eager to contribute to next-gen VR learning tools. Role Overview As a Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate with our developers, 3D artists, and instructional designers to translate complex engineering concepts into engaging, interactive VR simulations. Your input will ensure that technical content is accurate, practical, and aligned with real-world industrial standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing immersive VR modules based on real-world engineering applications Convert SOPs, technical workflows, and machinery operations into simplified and visual VR content Review and validate engineering data for accuracy and clarity Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and other SMEs Contribute across domains including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Thermal, and more Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields) Strong grasp of core engineering principles Ability to articulate technical content clearly through visuals and communication Willingness to work on-site at our Chennai office Interest in immersive technologies, training design, and digital tools Why Join Us?
