As the Subject Area Coordinator (SAC), your role involves being the head of the subject area task force and taking responsibility for the organisation, development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the program in your subject area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate and provide leadership for the overall instructional programs of the subject area. - Provide leadership and coordination to ensure an aligned and articulated instructional program in the subject area. - Assist in directing and managing instructional programs and operations at the campus level. - Provide leadership to maintain high standards of instructional delivery. - Assist in the effective and efficient operations of the curriculum and instruction department, including curriculum, teacher development, and assessment. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation. - Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness. - Ability to develop and deliver training to teachers. - Ability to implement and interpret policies, procedures, and data. - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
