As a Style Advisor for our luxury fashion boutique, you will play a crucial role as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing tailored style advice, building meaningful relationships with clients, and delivering a premium shopping experience that embodies elegance and exclusivity. - Curate Personal Style Journeys: - Engage clients with warmth and sophistication, offering personalized styling support based on their preferences, lifestyle, and occasions. - Deliver a thoughtful, memorable, and premium shopping experience. - Drive Sales Excellence: - Meet or exceed individual sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and impactful storytelling. - Proactively identify client needs and suggest complete wardrobe solutions. - Master Brand & Product Knowledge: - Stay updated on fashion trends, current brand collections, seasonal launches, and brand heritage. - Effectively communicate the brand narrative to enhance client connection and perceived value. - Clienteling & Relationship Building: - Build and manage a loyal client base, providing them with exclusive services, personalized previews, and early access. - Initiate follow-ups, style tips, and personalized outreach to foster long-term trust and advocacy. - Contribute to Store Excellence: - Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation according to luxury retail standards. - Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and collaboration with the team. In order to excel in this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail sales, with a preference for boutique or personal shopping background. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Polished communication skills, exceptional grooming standards, and a deep understanding of global luxury fashion trends. - Empathetic listening skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering premium service. - Familiarity with clienteling tools, POS systems, and CRM follow-ups. Education: - Graduate in any discipline; certification in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury Brand Management is preferred.,
