As a Style Advisor for our luxury fashion boutique, you will have the opportunity to showcase your confidence and trend-savviness while serving as the ultimate brand ambassador. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized style advice to clients, building meaningful relationships, and delivering a premium shopping experience that aligns with our brand's values of elegance and exclusivity. In this client-facing role, you will utilize your passion for fashion and consultative sales approach to not only meet but exceed sales targets, thereby establishing a loyal base of high-value clientele. Your responsibilities will include curating personal style journeys for clients by offering one-on-one styling support tailored to their preferences, lifestyle, and occasions. Through warm and sophisticated engagement, you will ensure that each shopping experience is personalized, thoughtful, and distinctly premium. Driving sales excellence will be a key aspect of your role, as you strive to surpass individual sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and compelling storytelling. By proactively identifying client needs and recommending complete wardrobe solutions, you will elevate the overall shopping experience. Mastery of brand and product knowledge is essential, as you will be expected to stay updated on trends, current collections, seasonal launches, and brand heritage. Your ability to communicate the brand narrative effectively will enhance the perceived value and strengthen the connection with clients. Clienteling and relationship building will also be integral to your role, as you work towards building and managing a private book of loyal clients. By offering personalized previews, exclusive services, and engaging in curated outreach, you will foster long-term trust and advocacy among your clientele. Contributing to store excellence is another aspect of your responsibilities, which includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, stock presentation, and supporting day-to-day store operations such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and team collaboration. To be successful in this role, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail sales, with a background in boutique or personal shopping being advantageous. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Your skills and traits should include being a polished, fashion-forward communicator with exceptional grooming standards. A deep understanding of global luxury fashion trends, brands, and styling principles is essential, along with strong people skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering premium service. Comfort with clienteling tools, POS systems, and CRM follow-ups will also be beneficial. A graduate in any discipline is required, with certification in Fashion, Retail, or Luxury Brand Management being preferred.,
