Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a 'STUDY ABROAD & IMMIGRATION COUNSELOR'. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on visa applications for study abroad, permanent residency and visitor & family visas. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, assessing their visa eligibility, assisting with documentation, lead auditing and lead supervision on daily basis, and preparing them for language proficiency tests. The role also involves handling client inquiries and providing personalized support throughout the visa process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of visa processes for study abroad, permanent residency, and visitor & family visas
• Excellent consultation and client assessment skills
• Expertise in documentation and visa application preparation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide personalized support
• Relevant qualifications and experience in immigration consulting or a related field
