Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Study Abroad Counsellor. The role involves guiding students in selecting suitable international education programs AND COUNTIRES, providing thorough counseling on admission requirements, and assisting with application documentation. Responsibilities also include conducting research on overseas educational institutions, maintaining communication with students and parents, and organizing informational webinars or sessions. The Study Abroad Counsellor will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure students achieve their academic aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and communication skills, with the ability to guide and advise students effectively.
• Research and documentation skills to assist students with admission processes and application requirements.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to address student queries and proactively resolve concerns.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in education counseling or a related field and understanding of international admission procedures is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a background in education or counseling is preferred.
• Proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous for interacting with diverse student groups.
