• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively counsel students and liaise with educational institutions.
• Expertise in research, analysis, and information gathering to provide accurate guidance about courses, universities, and the application process.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple student applications, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for creating reports, managing schedules, and communicating with students and stakeholders.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; prior experience in the study abroad or education sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and cultural adaptability is highly desirable.
