Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively counsel students and liaise with educational institutions. Expertise in research, analysis, and information gathering to provide accurate guidance about courses, universities, and the application process. Organizational skills to manage multiple student applications, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently. Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for creating reports, managing schedules, and communicating with students and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; prior experience in the study abroad or education sector is an advantage.
