Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Study Abroad Advisor located in Kochi. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consultancy to students, assisting with university applications, guiding students through visa processes, and offering tailored study abroad solutions. The role involves maintaining effective communication and building trust with students and parents while providing accurate information about courses, institutions, and related opportunities. The Advisor will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and expertise in guiding students on academic options and study abroad pathways
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and institutions
• Experience or knowledge in visa processes and consulting services related to international education
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Previous experience in student counseling or academic advising for a minimum of one year is necessary
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
