Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure the smooth operation and productivity of recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with company goals.
• Oversee and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain and grow relationships with international institutions and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A total experience of 2 years in a customer facing role is mandatorily needed.This can be from any industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of team management and performance-driven outcomes.
• Knowledge of international student recruitment trends and best practices (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
