Responsibilities –

1. Manage allocation and utilization of studio resources for all projects while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to global resourcing priorities.
2. Coordinate with project owners and managers to assess requirements, estimate hours, and proactively resolve resource conflicts.
3. Monitor workloads, adjust assignments as needed, and maintain balance across the studio team.
4. Oversee global proofreader team allocation, resolving conflicts and ensuring quality and continuity of deliverables.
5. Maintain quality control standards, ensuring error-free outputs and on-time delivery while communicating updates across teams and time zones.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in creative operations.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency setting with proven expertise in resource management and project prioritization.
3. Working knowledge of online project management tools; Workfront experience preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
5. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
