Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery across multiple industries. Your role will involve maintaining client dashboards, coordinating internal capacity planning, managing project flow charts, scheduling external resources, and facilitating clear communication between the agency's creative department and clients.
