Studio Director

As an experienced Senior Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic design plans with projected timelines and budgets. You will create storyboards and mockups to visualize projects, pitch creative ideas to clients, and communicate project outlines to the design team. Your role will involve selecting design elements for various projects, overseeing projects from start to finish, and ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. You will lead the interior design team, driving the firm's creative vision through all project phases, ensuring project quality and design excellence. Mentoring and developing designers and team members will be a key aspect of your role. Serving as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, managing project budgets, and participating in fee negotiations and business development strategies are also part of your responsibilities. Your extensive experience of 15+ years in a similar role, along with a degree or qualification in interior design, architecture, or related field, will be crucial. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for creating detailed plans, renderings, and presentations.
