Our new colleague will administer, facilitate, maintain, oversee, document, and produce. They will be responsible for managing one large studio and three smaller ones; for maintaining all related physical infrastructure including studio and field equipment; manage all related inventory; facilitate and QC check-out and check-in of field equipment; make studio schedules; and provide production assistance to professors and technical guidance to students.
A key aspect of this role is to develop and maintain proper documentation of material and retrieval, as required, of all audiovisual material collected during various productions.
Additionally, the Studio Assistant may be called upon to perform production-related tasks at events or other occasions on campus.
