Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of needle and thread (sui-dhaga) work and experience with a sewing machine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in garment making, stitching, or tailoring work. Key Responsibilities: Assist in cutting, stitching, and finishing garments or fabric products. Perform hand stitching (sui-dhaga) for detailed or delicate work. Operate sewing machines efficiently and safely. Support tailoring or production team in day-to-day tasks. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. Inspect stitched items for quality and finish. Follow instructions and designs as provided. Requirements: Basic knowledge of hand stitching (sui dhaga). Familiarity with sewing machines (manual or electric). Prior experience in tailoring or garment work is a plus. Ability to work with different fabrics and materials. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in tailoring, boutique, or textile units. Passion for working with fabric and garment finishing.
