Manage student admissions processes, including handling inquiries, maintaining student records. Assist in coordinating class schedules, faculty meetings, and workshops. Maintain and update student and staff attendance records. Organize and maintain office documentation, including filing systems, reports, and correspondence. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement when needed. Assist with handling fee payments, generating invoices, and managing petty cash. Support faculty with administrative tasks and provide assistance with classroom materials and technology needs. Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, students, and staff. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in office administration, academic administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
