Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Female Receptionist (Front Desk Executive) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant and friendly experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various receptionist and clerical duties at our office.

Responsibilities:

Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests with a warm and friendly manner.

Answer all customer inquiries and address any complaints promptly and effectively.

Manage all incoming calls.

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.

Maintain a customer-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.

Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and well-supplied with necessary items.

Requirements:
Female candidates with up to 2 years of experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Representative or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
