As a Visa Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures. You will be tasked with preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive and organized client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Your role will involve liaising with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate visa approvals and resolve any application issues. It is essential to address client inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service throughout the visa application process. Keeping yourself updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures will be crucial to providing accurate advice and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field. Proven experience as a Visa Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or in a similar role is preferred. You must possess in-depth knowledge of visa regulations, immigration policies, and procedures. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required. Proficiency in MS Office and visa processing software is also necessary.
