Job Description

Student Support & Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle Inbound Calls

    • Attend and manage course inquiry calls.
    • Provide accurate information about our programs and address student concerns.
  2. Student Coordination

    • Regularly follow up with existing students to ensure smooth learning experience.
    • Address issues or escalate them to the relevant team when required.
    • Build positive relationships with students to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Placement Support

    • Post 45 job opportunities daily in the student placement group.
    • Coordinate between recruiters and students for interviews or updates.
    • Maintain placement records and share updates with the management team.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
  • Prior experience in student support, customer service, or coordination roles is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable using basic office tools and messaging platforms.
